Advise the ESCI Group and Management Steering Committee on inventory relocation priorities, using key business criteria such as sales performance, inventory turnover, lead times, product availability and service requirements.

Led the operational optimization of the PVC and PE/PP production departments through shop-floor engagement, skills development, Visual Management, OEE monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with World Class Manufacturing principles.
Introduced structured production start-up planning and closer alignment with Production Planning, resulting in an all-time output record for both PVC and PE/PP in November 2019 and restoring inventory to the required level by year-end.
Implemented a data-driven scrap reduction program focused on start-up losses, quality deviations and material optimization, supported by weekly analysis, clear escalation procedures and targeted corrective actions.
